Returns Policy
You can return your order or part of it within 14 days from the date you received it.
In this case, fill in the return form inside the package.
In case it is lost you can ask us to send it to you by email.
The form details all the information you need to fill in to help us serve you better.
When returning your order or part of it, you have three options:
Product Replacement: in this case we can replace the product that may be either found to be defective (same code), or has been sent to you or has been selected an unsuitable size for you. (option "Replacement" in the Return Form).
Credit: in this case the value of the returned product is credited to your account in our online store so that it can be used for future purchases. The credit will be made within three days from the date of receipt of the products in our warehouses. ("Credit" option on the Return Form).
Refund: in this case, to the bank account that you will indicate to us or to the credit card with which you made the payment within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product. (option "Refund" on the Return Form).
* In case the replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you other alternatives.
You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without having tampered with the packaging and confirming that the specific markings of the product have not been removed. (tags, labels). In addition, you must include the retail sales receipt at the same time as you submit the return form. The return will only be accepted after the company's approval.
From the moment the product leaves you, PocoLocoJewellery.gr will receive it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece. After we receive the product, we will process your request immediately and inform you by e-mail on how to process it. All returned products are subject to a thorough quality control. Finally, it is noted that shipping costs in cases of returned products are borne by our customers.
